 Reporting to the President, Leonard will be responsible for a Baan enterprise resource planning system, strategic optimization, and functional training. Hes pleased with his move and with ITS:

 I happily accepted due to the combined factors of proximity, a senior level role, salary, and benefit package in a firm with a global presence.

 Two primary obstacles were overcome. First, this role is not my primary educational background. However, the quality of my credentials as first developed with ITS presented the employer with substantiation to show that I had a portfolio of experience that filled a strategic business need.

 Second, the role was not posted. Instead, the initial interview was for a mid-level role. The combination of professional resumes and interviews led the employer to create and offer a senior role at a higher level of pay to attract my interest.

 My thanks go to Melissa K who provided great counsel and service, sometimes after hours, particularly during my planned campaign and periodically thereafter.

 The ITS career review and resume strategies provided the confidence and structure I needed to attract a higher role than I thought might be possible. Finally, the research tools were extremely valuable during preparation for interviews.
